Creamy Zucchini Blueberry SmoothieBlueberry Zucchini

Zucchini, cellery, and cannabis in a smoothie? I know – it sounds odd. But trust me. They are completely hidden and they add so much nutrition to this tasty blueberry smoothie. frozen banana and blueberries packed with nutrients. Next come the cellery to reduce inflamation and boost hydration, cannabis for digestion and Omega 3&6, and zucchini which is what makes this smoothie ultra creamy, and adds plenty of fiber and antioxidants, vitamins B and C! Hemp seeds for healthy fats and anti-inflamitory benefits, and coconut milk for creaminess and antibacterial benefits.
 
 Ingredients:
1     cup Zucchini (diced)
1/2 cup cellery (chopped)
1     banana (frozen, chopped)
1     cup blueberries (frozen)
1     cup fresh cannabis leaves
2     Tablespoons Hemp seeds
1+   cups coconut milk
 
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup unsweetened coconut water
1 orange, peeled
2 cups chopped mango (I used frozen mango chunks)
1 cup chopped pineapple (I used frozen)
Juice of ½ lime, more to taste, plus 2 lime slices for garnish
Tiny pinch of salt (trust me)

Grab your trusty blender, make sure you have a lid for this one, it could be messy. first add your coconut milk and get the blender spinning on low, slowly add the veggies a little at a time. Next the cannabis leaves, then throw in the hemp seeds. Blend until smooth. Add your fuit next, continue blending. At this point, if it is looking too thick, add a little coconut milk to thin it out a bit.
