Hemp, Banana and Cinnamon Smoothie
Oats are full of fiber and are slow-burning to keep you full longer,Hemp oil fore fatty acids omega 3 & 6, Bananas are an excellent source of potassium, B6, vitamin C, and fiber, and cinnamon contains polyphenols (powerful antioxidants) that boost metabolism and help regulate blood sugar.
1 cup unsweetened Almond milk
2 Tablespoons Hemp Oil
1/2 cup oats
1 Tablespoon Peanut butter
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
drizzle of Honey (optional)
Grab your Blender and add the Almond milk, and Banana. Give it a quik spin on low. Next add the hemp oil, and peanut butter. Start blending on slow, add the Cinnamon and slowly increase blender speed to medium. stop when well mixed, and enjoy. I like to add a little Honey after it is all done, very tasty!
