Kahlua Chocolate Brownies

I just made a batch of these and they are FANTASTIC! Triple medicated with infused Kahlua,Bhang-(made with whipping cream) and my own Cannaflour blend. The chocolate/kahlua blend subdues the marijuana and the flavour pops.


21/2     cups Cannaflour
1/2       teaspoon baking powder
1           teaspoon salt
1           cup Marijuana Butter
1/2       cup brown sugar
2           large eggs
1/2       cup plus 2 Tablespoons Medicated Kahlua
2           cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2       cup walnuts (chopped)
      Brown butter Icing (recipe follows)


Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix together the cannaflour,baking powder, and salt and set aside
Cream together the marijuana butter,brown sugar, and eggs.Mix in the medicated Kahlua and pour into the cannaflour mixture, mix with a rubber spatula until well blended.
Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
Spread mixture into a 9x13 inch pan and bake for 30 min.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly then brush top with the remaining two Tablespoons of Kahlua.
After the brownies have cooled a bit more cut into squares and drizzle the brown butter icing on top.
Makes 8 large or 12-2 inch brownies.

Brown Butter Icing:

4        Tablespoons Marijuana Butter
2        Tablespoons Medicated Kahlua
4         teaspoons  Bhang made with whipping cream
21/2   cups powdered sugar
Heat butter until completely melted and hot, when the butter smells hot, REMOVE from heat and add the Kahlua.
** CAUTION -- if the butter is too hot when adding the liquor, it could boil and splatter hot oil, which could catch fire--CAUTION**
The butter will turn brown with the addition of the Kahlua, now add the medicated cream and mix with a wire whip, next add the powdered sugar and mix well with the whip.
While Icing is still hot Drizzle across the top of the brownies, it will set up a bit when it cools.
