BLUE CHEESE BUTTER
I love blue cheese on my N.Y. Strip, it seems as though people either Love blue cheese or they hate it, if you love it like I do you will want to try this recipe.It's the BOMB!
4 ounces blue cheese (crumbled)
1/4 lb. medicated butter (softened)
3/4 lb. unsalted butter (softened)
salt and pepper to tast
Soften butters overnight at room temprature.
Chop up all ingredients as fine as you can, or use a food processor.
Add ingredients to the pre- softened butter and mix well.
Roll it up and chill;)
